Java Bleu is a nice and cozy French bistro, serving typical French food at affordable prices. A meal + soft drink will not cost you more than Rp150,000, it is quite rare for a place with such standards in Jakarta.The Chef is French and very friendly: Antoine Audran. A similar French restaurant would be Escargot in Cipete.
