There are two Kimochi Spa:
The first Kimochi Spa is located just in front of Hotel Travel in Mangga Besar. It has the reputation of being the oldest spa in Jakarta.
Prices for 2*45 min + access to spa facilities:
Standart room: 90,000 rp and 30,000 for extra hour
Deluxe room: 130,000 rp and 50,000 for extra hour
VIP room: 160,000 rp and 60,000 for an extra hour
For 40,000 you can use the facilities of the spa all day.
Possibility for massage with extra service.

The second one is newer and it is also called Java Spa. Service is very similar with Kimochi I.
