Splash Beer Garden & Shisha Bar (Kemang, near the McDonald's)

Cheap outdoor beer garden. Very popular, especially with the expat kids. Has shisha. A beer costs around 20,000 rp. Not my kind of thing but a good address for those just looking for a place to chill with friends.
