Oscar used to be a little odd bar on Jalan Falatehan, but since it was renovated, I cannot help but feel like the old stuff was better... It is half-way between the Everest, a no-girls bar and the My Bar, who has only girls + a few customers.. The good thing is that the Live Bands are changing fast so if you come back once in a while, you may get lucky.. Apart from that, and to be more positive, Oscar has almost a mix crowd bule/indo, which I deem positive (more expats though). It also has a karaoke, a restaurant and a pool table.
